Lou Ann Lagana, Office Manager, supports and manages the day-to-day activities of the firm, including financial and human resource management; compliance and lobbying filings; and legislative tracking, research and analysis.

During her long history with the firm, Lou Ann has developed many professional relationships with political, business and client contacts.  She works closely with the internal lobbying team and our lobbying consultants to ensure that our clients’ needs are met.

In addition, Lou Ann is involved in client development and lobbying efforts, marketing proposals and contracts, scheduling legislative meetings, creating briefing materials, and preparing client reports.

Prior to joining Albers & Company in 1995, she served as Office Manager at the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators in Washington, DC.  Before locating to the nation’s capital, she lived in Syracuse, NY and worked as a data entry/bookkeeping assistant at an accounting firm and as an administrative assistant at a computer programming company while attending college.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
